The Air Draft Way: by pits.
Floor Arrangement: 2 rows of the pit made of 30x4mm flat bar and 10mm twisted steel grill, with surface galvanised treatment, loading weight is 600KG/wheel. The dimension for each pit is 12650x760mm(LxW).
Supporting Frame: made of square steel tube, 40x80mm(WxL).
Floor Filter: Fiberglass filter laid on the filter frame, G3 Grade(EN779), model is PA-50, filtering area: 19.2M2
Inside Size: 15000x5000x5000mm(LxWxH).
Outside Size: 15144x6896x5600mm(LxWxH).
Entrance door: Electric shutter, size is 4000×4600mm(W×H), the sheet is made of aluminium alloy frame with PU insulation.
Personnel Door: 1 unit, 800x2000mm(WxH); square viewing glass window with aluminium alloy frame.
Wall Panel: 70mm thick and 1000mm wide, insulation is EPS and covered by 0.426mm thick of colour steel inside and outside. Tongue and groove interlock structure, all sides surrounded by steel.
Roof Panel: 50mm thick and 1000mm wide, insulation is EPS and covered by 0.426mm thick of colour steel inside and outside. Tongue and groove interlock structure, all sides surrounded by steel.
Ceiling Light: Left and right upper positions have nine lighting fixtures, 18 fixtures in total. Each fixture is equipped with 4 PHILLIP fluorescent tubes of 36 Watt with two in one electronic ballast.
Side Light: Left and right bottom positions have 11 lighting fixtures, 22 fixtures in total. Each fixture is equipped with 4 PHILLIP fluorescent tubes of 36 Watt with two in one electronic ballast. Up and bottom cross installation.
Plenum: 600mm high, cross beam and longitude beam of plenum are made of galvanised bent steel and treated by white powder for long using life.
Ceiling Filter: Supporting net is made of C shape steel with surface oil painted treatment,sub-high efficiency filter, F5 Grade(EN779), type is SP-600G.
Frame Size: 2200x1600x2400mm(LxWxH).
Cabinet Materials: Frame is made of 50×50mm square tube welded, with PU insulation inside.
