We use pits design for Industrial Paint Booth, but you can also choose wall extraction.
70mm thick and 1000mm wide EPS insulation wall panel is used in our industrial paint booth, but you can also choose Rock Wool insulation as wall panel material.
We equip with three sets of Makeup Air Unit and Exhaust Air Unit, but two groups are also OK; we need to fit bigger motors and fans.
Belt Driven Motor used for our TB20 and TB23 paint booth, we can also fit Direct Drive Motor and Turbo Fan for these paint booths.

YS-TB20 and YS-TB23 standard industrial paint booths have ONE electric shutter door in the front of the booth, but you can add in the rear and one in the middle for making the spray booth workers enter and out more convenient.

Our standard design for industrial paint booth is Full Downdraft, it requires pits.
If the pits cost is very high, we suggest choosing Side Downdraft Paint Booth.
Air goes into the paint booth via a fully filtered ceiling plenum and is pulled vertically downward to the surrounding workpiece.
Air is pulled away and exhausted via filters located at the bottom of the two sides wall panel, and then the air is exhausted into the atmosphere.
No pits require.
Sometimes, because of the limited by space or economic reasons, customer will choose the Side Downdraft Paint Booth such as the Right Photos.
